Happiness - State of Mind

Suppose you wake up in the morning and you get a cup of happiness with hot tea, what will happen? If your mind doesn’t dance? Who doesn’t want such a wonderful Gift in the morning? Then why is it that despite everyone’s longing, hardly anyone is happy?

Does happy mean just smile??

Happiness means positive phycology & your positive mind. Some people said that happiness means Money, success in your life, and lots of Relation. No, if you think happiness comes from money then actually you are a little bit wrong.

Especially Happiness is peace of mind. Happiness is not easy to get because happiness cannot be obtained from the outside.

Happiness is a state of mind. which you can get that when you stop grieving. Life is so beautiful that you can be happy with everything you want if you want to be happy.

Find happiness from small things.

Like the revelation after the rain or steam coming out of the cup of tea in the morning, or the watching your children playing in the garden…

Are there not enough moments to be happy? Don't ignore such delicate and small moments in life. keep those moments in your heart. Doing this every day so will help you to develop a habit of keeping your heart happy.

Learn to respect happy people in every situation.

If someone is unhappy, help them but don’t show empathy. Often by showing empathy, you support them in their grief.

Express happiness in small words. like “I am happy at this moment”, “My clothes are very clean today”. Save these small moments of happiness.

Happiness is always in this moment!!!

So you live in every single moment of life…

There are two types of people in the world, one who tries to forget grief And reads the newspaper, watches TV, plays cards, spends time in sports or pictures, parties, no matter how many attempts are made to forget grief. But there are only new covers on it.

There is another type of man who is not interested in forgetting the pain. He does not want to suppress his pain by taking painkillers. Such people go to the root of the pain and control the pain from the root. He lives by witnessing it. Whatever happiness or sorrow he gets in life, he accepts it all in his mind.

He understands that it is a gift from God and lives in every situation. They find real happiness in their life. They are actually the winner. Such people cannot be hurt under any circumstances.

ENJOY EACH AND EVERY MOMENT IN YOUR LIFE !!!
